Frankfurt #Occupy
WHAT: Photobook about the conflict which is still going on in Frankfurt between the financial system and the movement Occupy. It consists of 99 pages filled with own texts and footage taken in summer 2012. The book's size is 210x270, there are three copies.
HOW: I used 4 different types of paper sublining the different perspectives of the two opposing groups and giving a special haptic view so readers can “grasp” the topic. The book was completed with paint, graffiti and wooden cover to provide a real haptical experience beside the visuals and facts.
WHO: It was a 1 person Bachelor’s project at DHBW Ravensburg. My work included: concept, research, creating the footage, writing texts, visual, design, cover design, production, post-editing
WHEN: 3 months time for processing, the project was finished in July 2012 and was exposed at the Bachelor’s exhibition in October 2012 in Ravensburg (Germany).
